摘要
在对地方本科院校学生就业心理特点进行分析的基础上,引入感恩理论,设计学生职业生涯团体辅导方案,以期培养学生生涯规划及生涯决策的能力,促进自我了解和自我接纳,开发自身潜能,提升生活满意度。
