当代大学生生命意义感探析——基于存在主义心理学视角

摘要
生命意义感是影响大学生心理健康的重要因素。存在主义心理学对自由、责任、意义和死亡的强调,为理解大学生生命意义感带来一些重要的启示,如大学生应加深对自由与责任的理解;建立自我认同感及有意义的人际关系;积极追寻生命的意义;认识死亡,敬畏生命。这将有益于促进大学生生命意义感的提升,也有助于大学生心理健康及人格发展与完善。
The sense of life meaning plays a very important role in contemporary college students' mental health. By emphasizing freedom, responsibility, meaning and death, existential psychology brings some fairly significant revelation to understanding meaning of life for college students. For example, college students should deepen their understanding of freedom and responsibility; establish self-identity and build meaningful contacts; search for the meaning of life actively; know the death and therefore revere the life. This will be beneficial to enhance the sense of life meaning for them, help to maintain mental health in the college students, also develop and perfect their personality.
