腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的效果评价

摘要
目的:观察用腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的效果。方法:按照随机数表法将芦山县人民医院2016年3月至2017年4月接诊的122例胆囊结石患者分为OBS组和CON组。为CON组患者使用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗,为OBS组患者使用腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的各项手术指标及术后并发症的发生率。结果:OBS组患者术毕至肠鸣音恢复的时间短于CON组患者,其术中的出血量少于CON组患者,其术后并发症的发生率低于CON组患者,P <0.05。结论:用腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石能够减少患者术中的出血量,降低其术后并发症的发生率,促进其胃肠功能的恢复。
objective: to observe the effect of laparoscopic choledocholithotomy combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Methods:according to the random number table method, 122 patients with gallbladder stones received by lushan county people's hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were divided into OBS group and CON group. Patients in CON group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and patients in OBS group were treated with laparoscope combined with biliary choledochotomy. Then the surgical indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: patients in OBS group had shorter time from operation to bowel sound recovery than patients in CON group, with less intraoperative blood loss than patients in CON group, and lower incidence of postoperative complications than patients in CON group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic choledocholithotomy combined with choledochoscopy can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
