摘要
为了比较阴道电阻值测定法和阴道角化细胞涂片法对蓝狐发情鉴定的准确率和实用性,试验选取60只青年雌种狐,随机分为2组,每组30只。Ⅰ组使用阴道电阻值测定法,Ⅱ组使用阴道角化细胞涂片法对繁殖期雌蓝狐进行发情鉴定。结果表明:Ⅰ组鉴定准确率为86. 7%,Ⅱ组鉴定准确率为56. 7%,阴道电阻值测定法鉴定蓝狐发情的准确率极显著高于阴道角化细胞涂片法(P<0. 01);阴道角化细胞涂片在蓝狐排卵±3 d内变化不明显。说明使用阴道电阻值测定法对蓝狐进行发情鉴定,其准确率优于阴道角化细胞涂片法,且快速、简便。
        In order to compare the accuracy and practicability of the vaginal resistance method and vaginal keratinocyte method in the evaluation of blue foxes estrus,60 young female foxes were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group. The estrus of female blue foxes in reproductive period was identified by vaginal resistance method in group I and vaginal keratinocyte method in group Ⅱ. The results showed that the accuracy rate of identification was 86. 7% in group Ⅰ and 56. 7% in group Ⅱ,which was significantly higher( P< 0. 01) in group Ⅰ than that of in group Ⅱ. Also,the keratinocytes did not change significantly within±3 days after the blue fox's ovulation. The results suggest that the accuracy of vaginal resistance method is better than vaginal keratinocytes method for the identification of blue fox's estrus with the characteristics of rapid and simple.
