药师在某社区医院注射剂溶媒使用中的药学监护作用

摘要
目的通过调查某社区医院注射剂溶媒选取情况,分类整理,总结原因,体现药师在基层医疗机构临床注射剂合理使用中的药学监护作用。方法调查分析某社区医院的100多种注射剂溶媒选取情况,将各种注射剂的溶媒使用列为一个数据库,结合药品的理化性质的不良反应,诠释注射剂选择溶媒的理论基础,总结药品的药理作用、溶媒的pH值、人体的生理解剖特点等,并结合临床不当用药时出现的不良反应,诠释注射剂选择溶媒的理论基础。结果某院使用的122种注射剂中,有44种需要使用溶媒进行溶解和稀释后使用,主要使用的溶媒有氯化钠注射液,葡萄糖注射液。结论临床使用注射剂稀释溶媒选择需严格按照说明书使用,否则引发严重不良反应,药学人员需在临床用药过程中做好用药监护。
Objective Investigated the selection of solvents for injections in a certain community hospital,classify and summarize the causes and promote the rational use of injections in clinic.This investigation reflected the effect of pharmacists in the rational use of clinical injections in primary medical institutions.Methods Investigated and analyzed the selection of more than 100 kinds of injections solutes in a hospital, and made the use of various kinds of injections as a database.Combining with the adverse reactions of the physical and chemical properties of the drugs,the theoretical basis of the choice of the solubilizing media for the injection was interpreted. This paper summarizes the pharmacological action of drugs, pH value of solvent, physiological and anatomical characteristics of human body, and explains the theoretical basis of the choice of solvent for injection.Results Of the 122 kinds of injections used in a hospital, 44 needed to be dissolved and diluted with solvent, mainly sodium chloride injection and glucose injection. Conclusion The choice of dilute solvent for clinical use of injection should be used strictly according to the instruction,otherwise,serious adverse reactions should be caused, and pharmacists should do a good job in monitoring the use of drugs in the course of clinical use.
