摘要
在以废料为主要原料进行铝合金熔炼生产的情况下,如何控制金属烧损率是一个重要课题。分析用铝合金废料熔炼时影响金属烧损率的各种因素,然后在生产实践中对铝合金废料压团与不压团两种熔炼生产方式的金属烧损率进行统计、对比。结果表明,在用铝合金废料的熔炼生产中,科学控制影响烧损率的各种因素,对废料先压团后进行熔炼生产,可以得到较低的金属熔炼烧损率。
How to control the metal burning loss rate is an important subject in the process of smelting aluminum alloy with scraps as main materials. The factors that affected the metal burning loss rate were analyzed. The statistics of the metal burning loss rate were compared between the production with briquetting aluminum scraps and the production with normal aluminum scraps. The results showed that scientific control of the factors affecting the metal burning loss rate and smelting with briquetting aluminum scraps could decrease the metal burning loss rate in the process of smelting aluminum alloy scraps.
