汗孔角化症合并角层下脓疱病1例

摘要
患者女,62岁。手背出现褐色斑疹25年,四肢反复脓疱角化5年、加重10d。结合临床表现、体格检查、辅助检查、组织和免疫病理以及皮肤镜检查等诊断为汗孔角化症合并角层下脓疱病。给予口服阿维A胶囊、抗炎抗感染、支持治疗、皮肤去痂、外用药物、红光及UVB照射等治疗,全身症状消失,皮损明显好转。
A 62-year-old female patient with brown rash on the back of the hand occurred for 25 years,and repeated pustular keratosis on the limbs for five years and aggravated for 10 days. Combined with clinical manifestation,physical examination,auxiliary examination,tissue and immune pathology,skin microscopic examination,etc.,it was diagnosed as porokeratosis of mibelli combined with subcorneal pustular dermatosis. The patient's systemic symptoms disappeared and the skin lesions were improved significantly with the treatment of taking acitretin capsules, antiinflammatory and infection,supportive treatment,skin scab removaling,external medicine,red light and UVB irradiation,etc.
