摘要

目的加强临床用血审核制度管理,促进合理用血、安全用血。方法采用随机抽样和现况调查的方法,对某部所属3所医院临床用血管理情况进行分析。结果医院制度健全,医生考核平均得分95.67分,用血审批单签名齐全率97.56%,监督检查较规范。结论医院应进一步加强教育培训、优化制度流程、严格监督管理,持续改进制度落实效果。
        Objective To strengthen the management of clinical blood use so as to ensure the safe and reasonable blood use. Methods Random sampling and inventory survey were adopted to analyze the implementation of the approval system of clinical blood use in three hospitals. Results Regulations proved to be sound while supervision and inspection were comprehensive, with an average test score of doctors at 95.67 and an eligible rate of application form at 97.56%. Conclusion Hospitals should further strengthen education and training, optimize the system and process, and enhance strict supervision and management, so as to continuously improve the implementation effect of the program.
