摘要
气缸头气门是发动机的配气元件,是发动机动力源泉的重要保证之一,其精度将直接决定发动机整体性能。针对某通用发电机组发动机气缸头气门精加工精度要求,通过分析其技术难点,对比加工中心与专用机床的优劣,选择设计专用机床作为气门精加工设备,其导管孔与座圈孔采用镗铰工艺,并确定了刀具材料及各项切削参数,制订了定位夹紧方案。设计的工艺及专用机床在重庆某企业顺利实施,工件各项精度均达到或超过企业要求,生产节拍为0.63 min/件。
Cylinder head valve is the gas distribution component of engine,which is one of the important guarantees of engine power source,and its accuracy will directly determine the overall engine performance. Aiming at cylinder head valve finishing accuracy requirements of a generic generator set engine,by analyzing its technical difficulties,the pros and cons of machining center and special machine tool were compared and special machine tool was selected and designed as valve finishing equipment. Boring and reaming processes were used for machining conduit hole and seat ring hole. Tool materials and various cutting parameters were identified,and then locating and clamping schemes were formulated. The designed process and the special machine tool were successfully implemented in an enterprise in Chongqing. The precision of the workpiece is met or exceeded enterprise requirements,and the takt is of 0. 63 min / pc.
