摘要
本研究以云南省石林县的迷迭香人工林为研究对象,通过对其生长指标和抗氧化含量指标的测定与分析,开展迷迭香优良无性系选育技术研究。采用5株优势木对比法进行迷迭香优株初选,选取48株迷迭香候选优株,240株优势木进行调查与测定,制定初选标准为:迷迭香优树树高、冠幅、生物量分别大于5株对比优势木平均值的15%、12%和11%,共选择出迷迭香优树22株,入选率为45.8%。将初选的22株迷迭香优树在昆明中国林科院资源昆虫研究所大棚进行迷迭香区域试验林营建,以迷迭香株高、冠幅、地径、分枝数、生物量、鼠尾草酸、鼠尾草酚和迷迭香酸作为选优指标,根据迷迭香选优指标的均值、标准差和极差建立迷迭香优树综合评分法,从22株初筛迷迭香选优树中选出迷迭香优树11株。本研究一方面为迷迭香优树选择提供了科学方法,达到了良好的选优效果;另一方面为迷迭香无性系选育提供了科学依据。
        In this study, rosemary plantation in Shilin county of Yunnan Province was selected as the research object. In order to study the selection and breeding techniques of rosemary superior clones, the indexes of growth and antioxidant content were used to determine and analyze. The preliminary selection of superior plants of rosemary by five-dominant trees comparative method, 48 candidate superior plants and 240 dominant trees were used to investigate and measure. It was proposed that the criterion of superior tree selection for Rosmarinus officinalis involved as follows: The tree height, crown width and biomass individual superior tree were respectively15%, 12% and 11%, greater than that of five-dominant trees. 22 of 48 candidate trees were selected according to this criterion and the selected ratio was 45.8%. The 22 primary selected rosemary superior trees were planted in Research Institute of Resource Insects, Chinese Academy of Forestry greenhouse to construct rosemary forest area test. Selection indexes included plant height, crown width, ground diameter, number of branches, biomass,carnosicacid, carnosol and rosmarinicacid. As a result, 11 plus trees were screened from 22 preliminarily chosen candidate trees by the comprehensive scoring method, according to the average value, standard deviation and range difference of rosemary selection indexes. This research might provide a scientific way and achieve preferable effects for plus trees selection, and provide a theoretical basis for further clones breeding of Rosmarinus officinalis.
