摘要

供给侧结构性改革下做好林业工作要认真践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念,推动林业高质量发展,全力构建人与自然和谐共生的现代林业体系。聚焦国土绿化,扩总量拓空间,厚植绿色新生态;聚焦产业转调,提质量增效益,培育发展新动能;聚焦资源保护,保存量守底线,筑牢生态新屏障。措施上要加强领导,落实责任,广泛宣传,全民动员,创新机制,加大投入,齐抓共管、形成合力,强化督导,严格考核。
        Under the structural reform of supply side,we should put into practice the concept of "green mountain is gold silver mountain",promote the high quality development of forestry,and build a modern forestry system which is harmonious and symbiosis between man and nature. Focus on land greening,expand the total amount of expansion space,thick planting green new ecology; Focus on industrial transfer,improve quality and efficiency,foster new energy development; Focus on resource protection,protect the bottom line of stocks,and build a new ecological barrier. Measures should be taken to strengthen leadership,fulfill responsibilities,publicize widely,mobilize the whole people,innovate mechanisms,increase investment,jointly manage and form synergies,strengthen supervision,and strictly evaluate.
