以岗位义务为核心的深静脉血栓形成预防培训实施效果评价

摘要
目的探讨针对护士开展以岗位义务为核心的深静脉血栓形成(DVT)预防培训的效果。方法 2016年1月—2017年12月骨科病房、手术室、ICU共92名护士接受DVT知识培训,采取自身前后对照研究,2016年1月—12月接受常规培训,设为对照组; 2017年1月—12月接受以岗位义务为核心的培训模式,设为观察组。比较2组的考核成绩,记录DVT发生情况。结果观察组考核成绩优于对照组(P <0.05)。对照组完成骨科大手术225例次,发生DVT 25(11.11%)例,观察组完成骨科大手术231例,发生DVT 10(4.33%)例,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论以岗位义务为核心培训能提高护士预防骨科手术围手术期DVT形成的能力。
Objective To investigate the implementation efficacy of training model based core obligations for the post in prevention of deep-vein thrombosis(DVT).Methods A total of 92 nurses form orthopedic wards,operation room and ICU participated in the training about DVT knowledge and prevention.A before-after study was carried out,in which nurses participating in routine training between January 2016 and December 2016 were set as the control group,and nurses participating in training based core obligation between January 2017 and December 2017 were set as the observation group.The assessment outcome of nurses and incidence of DVT were compared between two groups.Results Nurses in the observation group achieved higher assessment scores compared with those in the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.33% vs.11.11%,P < 0.05).Conclusion The training model based core obligations for the post is effective to improve the nurses' ability of preventing DVT in major orthopedic surgery.
