海南农场旅游化改造及其产品策划研究

摘要
海南农垦是我国的第三大农垦,本文基于国际旅游岛和农垦改革的平台,立足农场现状、特点和存在的问题,借鉴了国外和台湾农场建设的经验.具体以陵水南平农场为例分析现状和特色的旅游资源,提出了旅游开发的理念,规划立意,并依据市场和资源分布确定功能分区,对分区主题进行产品的策划.
Hainan State Farms is the third largest farm in the agriculture and reclamation system of China.Under the construction of international tourism island and the reform of agricultural reclamation,basing on the present situation,characteristics and problems of farms,Hainan farms' transformation draw lessons from the experience of foreign and Taiwan farms. At last,a concrete example with the Nan-ping Farm in Hainan Lingshui is given for its tourism development conception and the planning of the conception on the situation of abundant tourist resources. The paper analyses tourism market and the distribution of resources. According to this,I make the function division,tourism product on the major theme.
