摘要
设备控制系统作为自动化码头重要的生产系统之一,接收码头操作系统的调派指令,控制自动化设备执行指令,并反馈设备和指令执行状态。设备控制系统应具有综合控制和协调不同种类作业设备的能力,通过一系列的功能逻辑和智能算法,实现码头生产作业的复杂工况并有效提升设备动作的效率,达到提升效益和节能减排的双重效果。针对国内外现有自动化集装箱码头设备控制系统建设周期长、工况复杂和设计困难等问题,对设备控制系统的架构设计及功能模块进行论述,总结出一套开发周期短、适用性强、可靠性高的系统开发方案。
        As one of the important production systems of the automated terminal,the equipment control system receives the dispatching instructions of the terminal operating system,controls the automated equipment to execute instructions,and feeds back the equipment and instruction execute status. The equipment control system should have the ability to control and coordinate different types of operating equipment comprehensively. Through a series of functional logic and intelligent algorithms,the complex working conditions of the terminal production operations can be realized and the efficiency of equipment movement can be improved,thereby achieving the double effects of improving efficiency and saving energy. The architecture of equipment control system and the design and application of functional modules of each subsystem are introduced, aiming at the difficulties and problems of equipment control system design for automated container terminals. And a set of solutions which can shorten development cycle,improve adaptability and reliability is summarized.
