特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的临床效果观察

摘要
目的研究特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的效果。方法选取韶关市粤北医院2015-02—2016-07间收治的COPD患者中随机抽取出60例作为本次研究的观察对象,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分入到观察组和对照组中,对照组患者采用常规对症疗法治疗,观察组患者在对症疗法的基础上采用特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率、临床症状缓解时间、肺功能指标改善情况等。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率93.33%比对照组患者的70.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗7 d时的FEV1、FEF 75%、PEF值均比对照组患者更高,且气促消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均比对照组患者更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺病的临床治疗中采用特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗效果确切,改善患者的临床症状,促进肺功能的改善,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of Terbutaline combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods 60 patients with COPD admitted in the hospital from February,2015 to July,2016 were randomly selected as the objects of the study. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic therapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with Terbutaline for Nebulization and budesonide inhalation according to the symptomatic therapy.The total effective rate of treatment,the time of symptom relief and the improvement of pulmonary function were analyzed. Results Total effective rate of the treatment of patients in observation group is 93. 33%,and that in control group is 70. 00%,with statistical meaning difference P < 0. 05. 7d FEV1,FEF75% and PEF values of patients in observation group are higher than the control group.And shortness of breath disappear time,cough disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappeared time are shorter than patients in the control group,with statistical meaning difference P < 0. 05. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Terbutaline combined with budesonide in the treatment of COPD is effective in improving the clinical symptoms,improving the pulmonary function and improving the quality of life of patients. It is worthy to be used in clinical treatment promotion.
