摘要
探讨特克赛尔羊JIVET(juvenile in vitro embryo technology)技术,为优种绵羊JIVET技术体系完善提供技术支撑。试验对4~8周龄特克赛尔羊超数排卵,采用活体采卵的方法及对卵母细胞的体外成熟—受精—受精卵培养—受精卵移植的方法进行特克赛尔羊JIVET技术研究。结果显示:4只4~8周龄特克赛尔羊获得可用卵母细胞296枚,平均74枚/只;获得2~4细胞期受精卵205枚,卵裂率为69.26%,平均获2~4细胞期受精卵51.25枚/只;将66枚2~4细胞期受精卵移植给11只受体羊,6只羊受孕,生产11只羔羊,受胎率为54.55%。研究表明,本试验方法可作为特克赛尔羊JIVET技术研究的方法。
        The present study was to explore ways of JIVET research on Texel sheep,and to provide technical support for the improvement of the JIVET technology system for research on raspberry sheep. The methods of superovulation,ovum pick-up and oocytes-in-vitro-maturation-fertilization-fertilized-embryo culture-transplantation were used on 4-8 week old Texel sheep. The results were that 296 pieces of available oocytes were obtained at an average of 74 pieces per sheep; 205 fertilized eggs were obtained at the 2 ~ 4 cell stage at an average of 51. 25 pieces per sheep and a cleavage rate of 69. 26%; 66 of the fertilized eggs were transplanted to 11 receptor sheep. Six sheep were conceived at a conception rate of 54. 55%,and 11 lambs were produced. These results indicated that the present test could be used as a method for the study of JIVET technique on Texel sheep.
