摘要
Er,Cr:YSGG激光作为新一代水动力生物激光系统,可降低激光热量对牙体、牙髓及牙槽骨的损伤,在口腔领域具有广泛的应用前景。Er,Cr:YSGG激光在牙周治疗中具有根面清洁、杀菌消毒、促进创面愈合、减少出血等作用,近年来,其广泛应用于牙周领域。本文就Er,Cr:YSGG激光的工作原理及其在牙周治疗中的应用作一综述。
        As a new generation of hydrodynamic biological laser system,Er,Cr: YSGG laser has wide application prospects in dentistry because of its safety and effectiveness. In recent years,its application in periodontology is increasing. Er,Cr: YSGG laser has the functions of root surface cleaning,sterilization,promoting healing and reducing bleeding in periodontal treatment. This paper summarizes the operational principle of Er,Cr: YSGG laser and its application in periodontal therapy.
