奥替溴铵联合益生菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效

摘要
为探讨奥替溴铵联合益生菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效,选择2016年1月至2018年9月我院收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组采用奥替溴铵口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散口服治疗。比较2组临床总体疗效,腹泻、腹部不适改善时间,以及肠道菌群分布情况。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组腹泻、腹部不适改善时间均明显短于对照组,P <0.05。治疗前,2组酵母样真菌、肠球菌属、乳杆菌属含量比较,差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组酵母样真菌含量低于对照组,肠球菌属、乳杆菌属含量均高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,奥替溴铵联合益生菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,有助于维持肠道微生态平衡,提高临床疗效,且起效快。
This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Otilonium bromide plus probiotics in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D),enrolled 86 IBS-D patients treated in author's hospital from 2016-01-2018-09,and randomly divided them into control group(43 cases,oral Otilonium bromide)and observation group(43 cases,oral Otilonium bromide plus bifidobacterium triplet living bacteria powder),then compared both's whole effect,the time for diarrhea and abdominal unwell improved,as well distribution of enteric flora.As results,in total effective rate,and in the time for diarrhea and abdominal unwell,observation group was significantly and respectively higher and shorter than control group(all,P <0.05);in the contents of Blastomycete,Enterococcus and Lactobacillus before treatment there was no statistical difference(P >0.05);but after treatment in the contents of blastomycete,as well of Enterococcus and Lactobacillus observation group was respectively lower,as well higher than control group(P <0.05).Results show that Otilonium bromide plus probiotics for treating IBS-D is helpful to maintain enteric microecosystemic balance,to enhance clinical effect,and can fastly onset.
