摘要
为研究奥斯陆莫拉菌的致病机制及防控措施,对疑似患有奥斯陆莫拉菌的病猪肺组织进行病原分离,得到了1株优势菌命名为ZF2。对分离菌株进行形态学观察、生化试验、分子生物学鉴定,动物回归试验和药敏试验。结果显示,分离菌株为革兰阴性杆菌且对健康仔猪具有较强的致病性,经生化试验和分子生物学分析鉴定为奥斯陆莫拉菌。该分离菌株对阿奇霉素、红霉素呈现较强的耐药性。经大环内酯耐药基因检测结果显示erm B基因为阳性。本研究对奥斯陆莫拉菌病选择合理、正确的抗菌药物提供了一定的科学依据,并为进一步研究其耐药机制奠定了基础。
        In order to study the pathogenic mechanism and prevention and control measures of M. serrata,this paper isolated pathogens from the lung tissue of suspected M. serrata,and obtained a dominant strain named ZF2.Morphological observation,16 S r DNA gene sequence analysis,animal regression test and drug sensitivity test were carried out. The results showed that the isolated strain was Gram-negative bacilli and had strong pathogenicity to healthy piglets. It was identified as Moraxella osloensis by biochemical test and molecular biological identification.The strain showed strong resistance to azithromycin and erythromycin. The results of macrolide resistance gene test showed that erm B gene was positive. This study provided a scientific basis for the selection of reasonable and correct antibacterial drugs for molamycin in oslo,and laid a foundation for further research on its resistance mechanism.
