对25例子宫内膜异位症患者进行家庭式沟通护理的效果分析

摘要
目的:研究对25例子宫内膜异位症患者进行家庭式沟通护理的效果。方法:选择兴文县人民医院收治的50例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对两组患者均进行对症治疗与常规护理。在此基础上,对观察组患者进行家庭式沟通护理,然后比较两组患者的MUIS评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分及其对护理工作的满意情况。结果:接受护理后,观察组患者的MUIS评分、HAMA评分与HAMD评分均低于对照组患者,其对护理工作的总满意率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:在对子宫内膜异位症患者进行常规护理的基础上,对其实施家庭式沟通护理可显著改善其负面情绪,提高其对护理工作的满意率。
Objective: To study the effect of family communication nursing for 25 patients with endometriosis. Methods: 50 cases of endometriosis in people's hospital of xingwen county were selected as subjects. These patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The two groups of patients were symptomatic treatment and routine care. On this basis, family communication nursing was conducted for the patients in the observation group, and then MUIS score,HAMA score, HAMD score and their satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results: after receiving the nursing, the MUIS score, HAMA score and HAMD score of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and their overall satisfaction rate to the nursing work was higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: on the basis of routine nursing for patients with endometriosis, family communication nursing can significantly improve their negative emotions and satisfaction rate of nursing work.
