对接受腹腔镜下疝修补术的成年疝气患者进行综合护理的效果探究

摘要
目的 :研究对接受腹腔镜下疝修补术治疗的成年疝气患者进行综合护理的临床效果。方法 :选取2017年9月至2018年4月期间在绵竹巿土门镇卫生院接受腹腔镜下疝修补术治疗的98例成年疝气患者为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例患者。在两组患者接受手术期间,均对其进行常规护理。在此基础上,对观察组患者进行综合护理。治护结束后,对比两组患者手术的用时、术毕至排气的时间、术毕至疼痛缓解的时间、住院的时间及对护理服务的满意度。结果 :与对照组患者相比,观察组患者术毕至排气的时间、术毕至疼痛缓解的时间及住院的时间均较短,其对护理服务的总满意率较高,P <0.05。两组患者手术的用时相比,P>0.05。结论 :对接受腹腔镜下疝修补术治疗的成年疝气患者进行综合护理可明显减轻其术后的疼痛感,加快其康复的速度,提高其对护理服务的满意度。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care on adult hernia patients receiving laparoscopic hernia repair. Methods: 98 adult hernia patients who received laparoscopic hernia repair from September 2017 to April 2018 in tumen town health center of mianzhu city were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients in each group. Routine care was given to both groups of patients during surgery. On this basis, the observation group of patients with comprehensive care. After the end of the treatment and nursing, the duration of the operation, the time from the end of the operation to the exhaust, the time from the end of the operation to the pain relief, the time in hospital and the satisfaction with the nursing services were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the control group, the time from the completion of surgery to exhaust, the time from the completion of surgery to pain relief and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter, and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing services was higher, P < 0.05. Compared with the operation time of the two groups, P > was 0.05. Conclusion: comprehensive nursing care for adult hernia patients receiving laparoscopic hernia repair can significantly reduce the postoperative pain, accelerate the recovery speed, and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
