江苏省慢性病患者医疗依从性及影响因素研究

摘要
目的分析江苏省慢性病患者医疗依从性现状及影响因素,为提高慢性病患者医疗依从性、降低疾病经济负担、改善生活质量提供理论依据。方法抽取2017年10月至2018年9月在南京市、扬州市、连云港市三级医院就诊的700例门诊患者进行问卷调查,运用描述性统计分析、t检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归对所得数据进行统计分析。结果江苏省慢性病患者医疗依从性平均分为(3.63±0.50)分,处于中等偏上的水平。多元线性回归结果显示,年龄、月收入、文化程度、健康状况、确诊患病年数、交通便利程度是慢性病患者医疗依从性的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医务工作者应对慢性病患者进行针对性健康教育;将社会支持引入慢性病的健康管理过程中;合理规划医疗卫生资源,为慢性病患者提供便捷的就医条件。
Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of compliance of patients with chronic diseases in Jiangsu Province, so as to provide theoretical basis for improving medical compliance, reducing the economic burden of diseases, and improving the quality of life. Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted in 700 outpatients in several tertiary hospitals in Nanjing, Yangzhou, and Lianyungang between October 2017 and September 2018. Descriptive statistics, t test, one-way analysis of variance, and multivariate linear regression analysis were performed. Results The mean compliance score of patients with chronic diseases in Jiangsu Province was 3.63±0.50 points, an upper-middle level. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, monthly income, education level, health status, number of years after diagnosis, and convenience of transportation were the influencing factors of compliance in these patients(all P<0.05). Conclusion Medical staff should provide individualized health education to patients with chronic diseases. Social support should be integrated into the health management of chronic diseases. Rational planning and allocation of medical resources will facilitate the treatment-seeking behaviors of the patients with chronic diseases.
