摘要
为保证环卫车的工作能力和效率,基于CFD计算流体动力学方法,用STAR-CCM+软件对环卫车风扇进行流场分析和数据模拟计算,研究不同风扇结构对风扇功率和过滤性能的影响。通过仿真分析发现结构上的缺陷,提出改进措施,对风扇性能进行有效优化,合理配置风扇功率,从而达到节能、提高吸尘效率的效果,为环卫车风扇改进设计提供参考。仿真结果表明:对于直叶片风扇来说,随着叶片的增多,风扇通道截面的流量越来越小,即叶片越少吸尘效果越好;对于后倾叶片的风扇来说,则相反。
        In order to ensure the working ability and efficiency of the sanitation vehicle,this paper will study the influence of different fan structures on the fan power and filtering performance based on the CFD( Computational Fluid Dynamics) method,flow field analysis and data simulation calculation of the fan of the sanitation vehicle.Through the simulation analysis,the structural defects are found,the improvement measures are put forward,and the fan performance is optimized. Then,the fan power is rationally configured to achieve the effect of energy saving and dust absorption efficiency,which provides a reference for improving the design of the fan for sanitation vehicle. According to the simulation results,it can be concluded that,for the fan with straight blades,with blades increasing in number,the flow of fan channel section becomes smaller,that is,the less the number of blades it is,the better the effect of the dust absorption is,and vice visa for the fan with radial blades.
