摘要
近年来,网络经济快速发展,实体零售受到较大冲击,一些原本供求均衡的商圈逐渐失衡,传统城市商圈饱和度评价指标体系已无法科学评价商圈饱和度状况,须加以改进。因此,根据当前影响城市商圈的因素修正了商圈饱和度评价指标体系,引入模糊层次分析法构建评价模型,以传统商业高度发达的成都市为例进行了实证分析,在得出研究结论的基础上提出了从3个方面优化城市商圈结构的建议。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the network economy,the physical retails has been greatly impacted,and some commercial circles which used to be balanced in supply and demand have been gradually out of balance.The traditional evaluation index system of urban commercial circle saturation can no longer scientifically evaluate the condition of commercial circle saturation and it needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper revises the evaluation index system according to the current factors affecting urban commercial circle and introduces the FAHP method to construct a new evaluation model.Taking Chengdu,a city with highly-developed traditional commerce,as an example,an empirical analysis is carried out.Based on the conclusions of the analysis,this paper puts forward specific suggestions to improve the structure of urban commercial circle from three aspects.
