手术与非手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效对比分析

摘要
目的探究手术与非手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法选择于2016年8月—2017年8月进入该院骨科治疗的116例跟骨关节内骨折患者为研究主体对象,结合患者意愿划分为对照组及观察组,各组58例;对照组患者实行非手术治疗,观察组患者实行手术治疗,对比2组患者的临床指标及并发症发生率。结果经治疗,对照组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、卧床时间及关节功能评分各项指标与观察组相比差异较为明显,2组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,对照组并发症发生率为15.52%与观察组1.72%相比差异较为明显,2组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟骨关节内骨折实行手术治疗的效果良好,不只能改善关节功能缩短治疗时间,更能降低并发症发生率,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of surgical and non-surgical treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods 116 patients with intra-articular calcaneal fracture who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the patients 'wishes, 58 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with non-surgical treatment, while those in observation group were treated with surgical treatment. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared. Incidence of complications. Results After treatment, the indexes of fracture healing time, hospitalization time, bedridden time and joint function score in the control group were significantly different from those in the observation group, and the data in the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05). After treatment, the incidence of complications in the control group was 15.52%, which was significantly different from that in the observation group(1.72%). The data had statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion Intra-articular calcaneal fracture can be treated by surgery with good results. It can not only improve joint function and shorten the treatment time, but also reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth using and promoting in the field of clinical treatment.
