万寿菊对羊毛织物的染色性能及其对抗紫外性能的影响

摘要
采用不同浓度的万寿菊染液通过直接染色和预媒染色工艺对羊毛织物进行染色,然后评价其染色性能及对织物抗紫外性能。试验结果显示:羊毛织物用万寿菊染色表现出了良好的染色效果,且随着万寿菊提取液用量的增加,其整体染色效果不断增强。同时,羊毛织物经过染色表现出了优异的抗紫外性能。而硫酸铝钾和硫酸亚铁作为媒染剂,可通过金属离子的络合能力使羊毛织物吸附更多的万寿菊染料,有助于提升羊毛织物染色深度及抗紫外性能。
        In order to study the application of marigold chrysanthemum on wool fabric dyeing and it's ultraviolet resistance property,Marigold chrysanthemum dye solution with different concentrations were prepared and dye for wool fabric with direct dyeing and pre-mordant dyeing methods,and it's dyeing and ultraviolet resistance performance were evaluated. The results showed that the wool fabric have a good dyeing effect when dyed with Marigold chrysanthemum,and the overall dyeing effect increased with the content of marigold chrysanthemum extract. At the same time,wool fabric also showed excellent UV resistance after being dyed. Aluminum potassium sulfate and ferrous sulfate,as mordants,can make wool fabric absorb more Marigold dyes through the complex ability of metal ions,which is helpful to further improve the dyeing deep and UV resistance of wool fabric.
