原水切换引起的水厂污泥处理系统运行变化分析

摘要
在实际生产中,由于水厂进水从黄浦江原水切换为金泽水库原水,闵行水厂污泥处理系统的运行效果受到多方面的影响。文中阐述了闵行水厂污泥处理系统的运行工艺,对比了原水切换前后的生产运行效果,进而分析了影响岗行水厂污泥处理系统的影响因素,并通过生产试验探索解决方法,最后归纳了对自来水厂污泥处理系统的优化运行建议。
        In practical water production,because the raw water source was switched from Huangpu River to Jinze Reservoir,the operational effect of sludge treatment system in Minhang Waterworks was affected in many aspects.In this paper the sludge treatment processes and operation in Minhang Waterworks were expounded,the effects of production and operation before and after the switch of raw water were compared,the factors affecting the operation of sludge treatment system in Minhang Waterworks were analyzed,the concerning solutions were explored based on production tests,and finally the suggestion for optimization of the sludge treatment system in waterworks was summarized.
