无张力疝修补术治疗成人疝气患者的临床疗效及VAS评分影响观察

摘要
目的探讨对成人疝气患者选择无张力疝修补术治疗后获得的临床疗效以及对VAS评分产生的影响。方法选择本院2016年3月至2018年2月收治的78例成人疝气患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组后明确各组手术方法;对照组(39例):选择传统疝气手术方法展开疾病治疗;观察组(39例):选择无张力疝修补术方法展开疾病治疗对比;对比两组患者手术效果。结果观察组成人疝气患者手术总有效率(97.44%)均高于对照组(64.10%)明显(P<0.05);手术前,在VAS评分方面,组间差异无统计学意义;手术后,观察组成人疝气患者VAS评分低于对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组成人疝气患者术后并发症总发生率(10.26%)低于对照组(35.90%)明显(P<0.05)。结论成人疝气患者在手术治疗期间,无张力疝修补术的有效应用,在手术效果提升,术后疼痛感缓解以及安全性提升方面,效果显著,最终对于成人疝气患者的康复加快,奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and the effect of VAS score on the treatment of adult hernia patients after tension-free hernia repair. Methods A total of 78 adult hernia patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The digital parity method was used to identify the surgical methods of each group. The control group(39 cases): the traditional hernia surgery method was used to develop the disease. Treatment; observation group(39 cases): the choice of tension-free hernia repair method for disease treatment comparison; comparison of surgical results. Results The total effective rate of the patients with hernias(97.44%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.10%)(P<0.05). Before the operation, the VAS scores were not significantly different between the groups. After operation, the VAS scores of patients with hernias were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in patients with hernia(10.26%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(35.90%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The effective application of tension-free hernia repair in adult patients with hernias has a significant effect on the improvement of surgical results, postoperative pain relief and safety improvement. Finally, the foundation for the recovery of adult hernia patients is accelerated.
