对接受输血治疗的患者进行针对性护理的效果探析

摘要
目的 :探析对接受输血治疗的患者进行针对性护理的效果。方法 :选取四川省自贡市沿滩区人民医院收治的90例接受输血治疗的患者作为研究对象。将这90例患者平均分为对照组和研究组。对两组患者均进行输血治疗。同时,对两组患者均进行常规护理。在此基础上,对研究组患者进行针对性护理。然后,比较两组患者焦虑的评分、抑郁的评分及并发症的发生率。结果 :接受治护后,研究组患者焦虑的评分、抑郁的评分及并发症的发生率均低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论 :对接受输血治疗的患者进行针对性护理的效果显著,可缓解其不良情绪,降低其并发症的发生率。
Objective: To explore the effect of targeted nursing for patients receiving blood transfusion. Methods: a total of 90 patients receiving blood transfusion in yantan district people's hospital of zigong city, sichuan province were selected as subjects. The 90 patients were divided into control group and study group. Both groups were treated with blood transfusion. At the same time, the two groups of patients were conventional care. On this basis, the study group of patients with targeted care.Then, scores of anxiety, depression and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: the scores of anxiety, depression and complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of targeted nursing for patients receiving blood transfusion therapy is significant, which can alleviate their adverse emotions and reduce the incidence of complications.
