摘要
针对运输机过度使用大功率的现状,进行了减推力起飞方法和收益的相关研究。首先阐述了减推力起飞的原理,并总结了减推力起飞的流程及注意事项;其次,定量地分析了推力对发动机性能的影响,并通过实例分析,表明减推力可延缓发动机的性能衰退,延长在翼寿命;最后,通过实际数据定性地分析了减推力对维修成本的影响。研究结果表明,减推力延长了发动机重要件的寿命,降低了维修成本,可为大型军用运输机减推力起飞技术应用论证提供借鉴。
        A reduced thrust takeoff technology was studied to solve the problem that transport aircraft overuse high power.First,the principles of reduced thrust take-off technology was described,and the process and notices were summarized.Second,a quantitative analysis for the influence of thrust on the engine performance was made,and case analysis showed that the reduced thrust could delay the deterioration of engine performance,and prolong the on-wing life of the engine.Finally,a qualitative analysis for the influence of reduced thrust on the maintenance cost is made with real data,and the results showed that the reduced thrust prolongs the life of key engine components and reduces the maintenance cost.The study can provide reference for the application of reduced thrust takeoff technology in large military transport aircraft.
