摘要

智能化建筑具有综合性的特点,其不仅需要保证传统建筑的安全性和舒适性,而且需要保证建筑业科学发展目标的有效实现。因此,论文结合具体的施工案例,对建筑智能化施工管理现状进行了简单的分析,提出了一些优化策略并依据建筑智能化施工的要求,对建筑智能化全寿命施工管理机制进行了进一步探究。
        Intelligent buildings have comprehensive characteristics, which not only need to ensure the safety and comfort of traditional buildings, but also need to ensure the effective realization of the scientific development goals of the construction industry. Therefore,combined with speci?c construction cases, this paper makes a simple analysis of the current situation of intelligent construction management of buildings, and puts forward some optimization measures. The intelligent construction management mechanism of whole life is further explored based on the requirements for intelligent construction of buildingst.
