“高职技能大赛驱动专业建设模式”教学改革案例

摘要
面对企业对电子商务的人才需求旺盛,而电商专业学生面临就业困难的问题。近年来兰州石化职业技术学院探索性地进行了"高职技能大赛驱动专业建设模式"的教学改革,在电子商务专业的建设过程中,坚持专业建设与发展的差异化战略,通过以技能大赛为纽带,着力培养学生的全面素质,增强学生的就业能力,不断提升专业核心竞争力,取得了明显的成效。技能大赛不仅深化了学院对电子商务专业内涵建设的认识,也带动了校企合作、课程改革、师资培养等内涵建设的关键内容,形成了以技能大赛为核心的专业建设与发展格局。
In the face of enterprises' demand for E-commerce, students are facing difficulties in finding jobs. Our hospital in recent years to the" construction mode in the major of higher vocational skills contest driven" teaching reform, in the process of construction of electronic commerce, adhere to the professional construction and development of differentiation strategy, through the bond of skills contest, strive to cultivate the students' comprehensive quality, enhance the students' employment ability, enhance professional core competitiveness, has achieved obvious results. Skills contest not only deepens our understanding of E-commerce professional connotation construction, also drove the cooperation between colleges and curriculum reform, teacher training, such as key content of connotation construction, formed the skill competition as the core of the professional construction and development pattern.
