在乡村振兴背景下审视农业与农村发展

摘要
乡村振兴战略开启了新时代的农村发展。在此背景下,需要全面审视农业与农村发展问题。文本系统地分析了现阶段我国农业与农村发展面临的问题与挑战,并从现代农业发展与农业竞争力提升、农民职业转型与农民发展能力提升、农村社会发展与乡村治理能力提升三大方面阐述了未来农业与农村发展的任务和相应的对策及政策思考。
The Rural Revitalization Strategy has opened the new era of rural development. In this context,we need to take a comprehensive look at agriculture and rural development. This paper systematically probes into the problems and challenges facing China's agricultural and rural development at the present stage, and elaborates the tasks, policies and measures for future agricultural and rural development from three aspects :the development of modern agriculture and the promotion of agricultural competitiveness;the transformation of peasants' profession and the promotion of peasants' development ability; the development of rural society and the improvement of rural governance ability.
