集束化护理管理在PICC安全管理中的应用体会

摘要
目的浅谈集束化护理管理在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central venous catheters,PICC)安全管理中的应用。方法选择我院2017年4月—2019年1月内接收的62例PICC置管患者,根据随机数表法按照1:1比例将其分成对照组与研究组,各组占31例,对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组采用集束化护理管理模式,观察比较护理管理效果。结果 (1)研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P <0.05);(2)研究组C反应蛋白及内毒素水平低于对照组,数据分析,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(3)调查显示,研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论PICC安全管理中,采用集束化护理管理模式,作用显著。
Objective Application of cluster nursing management in safety management of peripheral inserted central venous catheters(PICC).Methods 62 PICC patients received in our hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were divided into control group and research group according to random number table and 1:1 ratio. Each group accounted for 31 cases. The control group carried out routine nursing management. The research group adopted cluster nursing management mode to observe and compare the effect of nursing management. Results(1)The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05);(2)the level of C-reactive protein and endotoxin in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);(3)and the survey showed that nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion In PICC safety management, cluster nursing management mode plays a significant role.
