推进节能降耗,助力经济转型

摘要
十九大报告提出,要加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国。节能降耗工作是生态文明建设的重要方面,而"十三五"正处于龙岩市经济转型升级的关键时期,经济发展所需能源与节能工作的矛盾十分突出,节能降耗工作面临众多挑战,本文通过分析龙岩市"十三五"以来能源运行主要特点,结合当前供给侧改革方向,重点研究在经济转型期如何做好节能工作,节能工作如何更好地服务经济转型升级。
The nineteen report proposes that we should speed up the structural reform of ecological civilization and build a beautiful China. Energy-saving and consumption-reducing work is an important aspect of ecological civilization construction, and the "13th Five-Year Plan" is in the critical period of economic transformation and upgrading in Longyan City. The contradiction between energy and energy-saving work required by economic development is very prominent. Energysaving and consumption-reducing work is facing many challenges. This paper analyzes the main energy operation since the "13th Five-Year Plan" in Longyan City. Characteristics, combined with the current direction of supply-side reform, focusing on how to do a good job in the economic transition period of energy-saving, energysaving work how to better serve economic transformation and upgrading.
