提升翻转机驱动力优化分析

摘要
针对铸件模壳残渣清理运输的功能需求,设计了清壳中心。其中提升翻转机是运输残渣模壳的关键设备,由于其动力输出较大,为了降低能耗,对提升翻转机的驱动力进行优化。根据提升翻转机实际工作情况,对其进行受力分析,找出驱动力与模壳重力的比值Zmax。根据提升翻转机实际设计要求,建立了结构参数约束函数,通过matlab中的fmincon函数实现了对该约束优化问题的求解。该研究实现了提升翻转机驱动力最低的结构参数优化,对相关提升翻转机构的驱动力优化具有重要参考意义。
        Aiming at the functional requirements of clearing and transportation of mold shell residues, a clear shell center was designed. The lifting and turnover machine was a key equipment for transporting residual mold shells. Because of its large power output, the driving force of the lifting and turnover machine was optimized to reduce energy consumption. According to the actual working condition of the lifting turnover machine, the force analysis was carried out to find the ratio Zmaxof the driving force to the shell gravity. According to the actual design requirements of the lifting and turnover machine, a structural parameter constraint function was established. The constraint optimization problem was solved by the fmincon function in matlab. The research has realized the optimization of the structural parameters with the lowest driving force of the lifting and turnover machine, which has important reference significance for the optimization of the driving force of relevant lifting and overturning mechanism.
