摘要
为解决低压配电网运行状态评估问题,提出了一种基于回路阻抗的低压配电网运行状态评估方法。建立了低压配电网回路阻抗模型,提出了基于智能电表电压与电流变化速率的回路阻抗近似计算方法;建立了需求侧实时电压数据阵和需求侧实时电流数据阵分别记录配电变压器所属的所有智能电表不同时刻的电压与电流量测信息,并通过两矩阵生成了需求侧实时回路阻抗数据阵,以记录配电变压器所属的所有智能电表上游回路的阻抗变化情况;最后基于回路阻抗数据阵详细讨论了配电网需求侧运行状态的评估方法。实例分析验证了本文所提方法的可行性,可满足现场工程实际需求。
        In order to solve the problem of low-voltage distribution network operation state evaluation,an evaluation method for low voltage distribution operation state based on loop resistance matrix is proposed. The loop resistance model of low-voltage distribution network was established,and the approximate calculation method of loop resistance based on the change rate of voltage and current of smart meter was proposed. The demand-side real-time voltage data matrix and demand-side real-time current data matrix were established to record all the belonging of the distribution transformer. The voltage and current measurement information of the smart meter at different times,and the real-time loop resistance data matrix of the demand side are generated through the two matrices to record the resistance change of the upstream circuit of all the smart meters to which the distribution transformer belongs; finally,based on the circuit resistance data matrix,the evaluation method of the operation state of low-voltage distribution network is discussed. The example analysis verifies the feasibility of the proposed method and can meet the actual needs of field engineering.
