摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,采用乳液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酸酯硬挺整理剂。考察了硬挺整理剂质量浓度、PVA质量浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对棉织物整理性能的影响,并通过正交试验得到了优化整理工艺:硬挺整理剂220 g/L,PVA 25 g/L,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间3.5 min。整理后棉织物的抗弯长度从4.40 cm提升至13.27 cm,断裂强力提升,白度变化较小。与市售硬挺整理剂相比,自制硬挺整理剂整理织物具有更优异的性能。
Polyacrylate stiffening agent is synthesized by emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate, styrene and butyl acrylate as main monomers. The effects of stiffening agent concentration, PVA concentration, curing temperature and time on the properties of the finished cotton fabric are investigated, and the optimal finishing process is obtained by orthogonal test: the stiffening agent 220 g/L, PVA25 g/L, curing at 150 ℃ for 3.5 min. The bending length of the finished cotton fabric is increased from 4.40 cm to 13.27 cm, the breaking strength is increased, and the whiteness is less changed. Compared with commercially available stiffening agents, the fabrics finished by self-made stiffening agent possess superior properties.
