摘要
针对寺河矿井下排水作业采用人工方式,无法科学、合理地控制排水量和排水时间,手工开启水泵和阀门工作量大,无法保证操作的准确性和及时性等问题,设计了一种基于PLC的排水自动化控制系统,实现了远程监控、保护等功能,最终达到了减人提效的目的。
The underground drainage operation of Sihe mine is manual, and it is unable to scientifically and reasonably control the displacement and drainage time. The workload of opening the water pump and the valve is large. The accuracy and timeliness of the operation cannot be guaranteed. In order to solve the problems caused by manual drainage, a PLC-based drainage automation control system was designed to realize remote monitoring and protection functions, and finally achieved the goal of reducing people and improving efficiency.
