摘要
为了找出关键节点的计算方法,实现节点的快速计算,以单双角钢变换节点为算例,建立相应的力学模型;通过理论推导,得到水平连接板厚的计算方法及节点载荷的传递系数。利用Visual Basic.Net编程语言将理论推导得到的计算方法编写成计算程序,完成单双角钢变换节点的快速计算;并通过APDL语言建立节点的有限元模型,结合Visual Basic.Net形成有限元接口程序,实现节点的快速校核。参照单双角钢变换节点计算校核程序的编制思路,提出一种铁塔关键节点计算校核程序的实现方法,形成了铁塔关键节点计算分析软件。计算结果表明:节点的计算效率提高了90%。
Key conversion joints of single-angle and dual-angle steel was cited as an example,in order to find the computational method of key nodes and realize its fast calculation,its corresponding mechanical model was established; The calculation method of horizontal connection plate and transfer coefficient of load were obtained,through theoretical derivation. Calculation program on computational method of theoretical derivation,which was compiled based on Visual Basic. Net programming language,accomplishing the fast calculation of key conversion joints of single-angle and dual-angle steel; finite element model of nodes was built based on APDL language combined with Visual Basic.Net,the finite element interface program was developed,realizing the quick check of nodes.A method for calculating and checking the critical nodes of iron tower is proposed,referring to the thinking of check calculation program of key conversion joints of single-angle and dual-angle steel,the calculation and analysis software for key nodes of the iron tower is developed.The results showed that computational efficiency of the node is increased by 90%.
