自血脱敏疗法与西医疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察自血脱敏疗法与西药治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效.方法:将107例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察(治疗)组53例,对照组54例。方法:观察组用自血脱敏疗法治疗;对照组单用西药(氯苯那敏、赛庚啶合用,辅以维生素C、钙剂静脉注射)治疗。疗程均为10天。结果:观察组痊愈28例,显效9例,好转13例,无效3例,总有效率为94.34%;对照组痊愈9例,显效12例,好转17例,无效16例,总有效率70.37%.观察组总有效率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).两组患者治疗前后Ig E含量比较,观察组较对照组有显效性差异(P<0.05).结论:自血脱敏疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹较西医疗法有显著的疗效,且毒副作用小,值得进一步推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of blood desensitization therapy and western medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods: 107 cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=53) and a control group(n= 54). Patients in the observation group were treated with self-blood desensitization therapy. And western medicines( combination of chlorpheniramine, cyproheptadine, combined with vitamin c, calcium intravenously) were implemented in the control group, with the course of treatment of 10 days in each group. Results: In the observation group, 28 patients were totally cured; 9 cases showed remarkable effects; 13 patients were improved but 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.34%. However, in the control group, 9 patients were comprehensively cured; 12 cases showed remarkable effects; 17 patients were improved but 16 cases were ineffective; and the total effective rate was 70.37%. Total efficiency of the observation group was remarkably better than that of the control group, and significant difference was examined between the two groups(P<0.05). The effective difference was examined in the Ig E level before and after treatment in patients between the two groups( P <0.05). Conclusion: Blood desensitization therapy had more significant effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria than the western medicine treatment. Therefore, it is of low toxicity and worthy of further promotion.
