摘要

医患话语博弈是指医患双方为了最大限度争取各自的话语权、维护各自的权益、保障各自绝对的话语尊严而形成的话语竞争。医患语调语气、心理状态、专业知识、核心价值观念方面的差异差距是医患话语博弈主要的生成动因。医院区域医患话语博弈、社会区域医患话语博弈、媒介区域医患话语博弈、虚拟空间医患话语博弈是医患话语博弈的主要形态。医患话语博弈主要呈现出医患话语权转换和医患诉求转化互动的演变逻辑。
        Doctor-patient discourse game refers to the discourse competition between doctors and patients in order to maximize their rights to speak,safeguard their rights and interests,and protect their absolute discourse dignity.Differences in tone,psychological state,professional knowledge and core values between doctors and patients are the main reasons for the formation of doctor-patient discourse game.Hospital regional doctor-patient discourse game,social regional discourse game,media regional doctor-patient discourse game,and virtual space doctor-patient discourse game are the main forms of doctor-patient discourse game.The game of doctor-patient discourse mainly presents the evolution logic of the conversion of doctor-patient discourse power and the transformation as well as the interaction of doctor-patient demands.
