摘要
为生物有机肥的研究开发及利用提供参考,以黔南州茶园土壤为研究材料,采用微生物的分离纯化、形态鉴定和ITS序列分析方法对土壤中的优势菌株进行分离、纯化和鉴定。结果表明:土样中分离、纯化得到优势菌株S4,根据该菌株的菌落和孢子形态等特征,初步推断其为灰曲霉;提取菌株S4的DNA,经ITS序列分析,进一步确定其为浅蓝灰曲霉(Aspergillus Caesiellus)。
The dominant strains in soil of tea plantation was separated,purified and identified by the microbial method and ITS sequence analysis to provide a reference for development and utilization of biological organic fertilizer.Result:The dominant strain S4 separated from soil samples is purified and preliminarily identified as Aspergillus fumigatus according to its characteristics of colony and spore morphology.The S4 strain is further identified as Aspergillus caesiellus after ITS sequence analysis.
