摘要
通过对黔南州茶园中优质土壤进行稀释、培养,分离、纯化得到一株优势菌株,利用形态学和分子生物学方法鉴定该优势菌为毛霉菌。毛霉菌对农业秸秆的腐化和土壤有机物的分解有很大的作用,可以促进茶树的生长发育,有利于茶园生物有机肥的研发。
A dominant strain was isolated and purified by diluting and culturing high-quality soil in tea garden of Qiannan prefecture. The dominant strain was identified as mucor by morphological and molecular biological identification. Mucor plays an important role in the decomposition of agricultural straw and the decomposition of soil organic matter. It can promote the growth and development of tea plants and is conducive to the research and development of bio-organic fertilizers in tea plantations.
