摘要
轻量化是汽车技术发展的一个重要趋势,随着人们对车辆排放以及油耗的要求日益提高,新能源汽车推广势在必行,而轻量化技术正是提升车辆性能和竞争力的主要措施。以某型平台下车体为例,介绍如何通过关键热成型零部件,满足平台性能指标要求,并且实现车身轻量化设计。
        Lightweight is an important trend in the development of automotive technology. As people's requirements for vehicle emissions and fuel consumption increase, new energy vehicle promotion is imperative, and lightweight technology is the main measure to improve vehicle performance and competitiveness.Take the vehicle body of a certain type of platform as an example to introduce how to meet the requirements of platform performance indicators through key thermoforming parts and realize lightweight design of the vehicle body.
