五运六气在疾病风险预警中的应用

摘要
随着近年来中医药日益受到重视,"五运六气"(或称"运气理论")也引起了越来越多人的关注:或运用于临床诊断和治疗;或应用于研究不同年份传染病疫情发生和分布的情况;或运用于"治未病"健康服务领域。文章针对"五运""六气"太过与不及和生化克制诸因素,阐述其对人体五脏六腑功能状态及其相互关系的影响。结合当时的生理病理特点、状态表征、体质、病证,运用运气理论,通过掌握个体人出生时日运气之胜衰生克,就可以对其进行某一时间的疾病风险进行预警,也可对其某一类疾病在何时患病或加重进行风险预警。
With the increasing attention paid to traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, the ‘five evolutive phases and six climatic factors', also called the ‘theory of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors', had attracted more and more attention. It was used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, the research of the occurrence and distribution of infectious diseases in different years, and the ‘preventive treatment of disease' health service area. This paper expatiated the effect on the state of the human body organs and their interrelationship about factors involved in too much or too less to do in the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and their biochemical restraints. Combining the physiological and pathological characteristics, status, physical condition and disease, on the basis of the theory of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, by grasping circulatory phases of grow and ebb as well as generation-inhibition according to individual person's birth time, it could warn about the risk of disease in some time. It was also possible to make a risk warning when a certain kind of disease became ill or aggravated.
