摘要
文章介绍了海上平台原油发电机组原油模式在陆地完成调试,进一步实现陆地调试最大化,使主机的原油模式调试时间从油田投产后提前到陆地建造完工前,有效缩短了海上联调周期,节约了项目成本。同时,在陆地完成原油分油机、增压橇、循环橇等主机辅助设备的调试,能够提前发现设备在安装、接线、控制逻辑、性能等方面的问题,有利于发现问题并解决。
The paper introduces that the crude oil mode of offshore platform crude oil generator set is completed on land,and the land debugging maximization is realized further,so that the commissioning time of the main engine crude oil model is advanced from the oil field to the completion of the onshore construction. It effectively shortens the period of marine connection and adjusts and saves the cost of the project. At the same time,the commissioning of the auxiliary equipment of the main engine,such as the oil separator,the booster skid and the circulating skid on land,can detect the problems in installation,wiring,control logic,performance and so on in advance,which is helpful to find the problems and solve the problems.
