浅谈煤矿普通轴流式通风机与防爆对旋式通风机

摘要
介绍了国内矿井通风设备的现状及布置型式,并从电动机的安装位置、叶片调节方式、叶轮受力与轴承润滑、高效区范围、投资与安装5个方面对普通轴流式通风机与防爆对旋式通风机进行分析对比。普通轴流式通风机具有投资高、调节方便、高效区宽的特点,适用于大风量且前后期负压变化较大的矿井;防爆对旋式通风机具有投资低、安装简单的特点,但其高效区窄,仅适用于前后期负压变化小的矿井。
        The paper introduced current status and arrangement mode of domestic mine ventilation equipments, and compared the common axial fan and the anti-explosion counter-rotating fan in the following five aspects that were the motor installation position, blade adjusting mode, impeller force and bearing lubrication, scope of high efficiency, investment and installation. The common axial fan was characterized by high investment, easy adjustment and wide range of high efficiency, so it was suitable for the colliery with large air volume and wide variation of negative pressure in early stage and later stage; the anti-explosion counter-rotating fan was characterized by low investment and convenient installation, while its narrow range of high efficiency was only suitable for the colliery with narrow variation of negative pressure in early stage and later stage.
