摘要
目的:分析2011~2015年贵州省碘盐监测结果,了解"十二五"期间居民食用碘盐质量,为持续消除碘缺乏病及防治工作提供参考依据。方法:收集2011~2015年贵州省各市(州)上报的居民户食用盐碘监测数据,分析各年度碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率。结果:2011~2015年,省级水平上,全省每年碘盐覆盖率均>99%,碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率在2011~2014年均保持在97%以上,2015年碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均有所下降,分别为94. 93%、94. 57%;市(州)级水平上,9个市(州)每年碘盐覆盖率均>96%,碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均在93%以上;县级水平上,碘盐覆盖率> 95%的县(市、区)所占的比例分别为97. 7%(86/88)、100%(88/88)、97. 7%(86/88)、100%(88/88)、98. 9%(87/88),合格碘盐食用率>90%的县(市、区)所占的比例分别为97. 7%(86/88)、95. 4%(84/88)、97. 7%(86/88)、97. 7%(86/88)、95. 4%(84/88)。结论:"十二五"期间,我省省、市(州)级水平居民户碘盐质量好,碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率均超过国家消除碘缺乏病的标准;个别县存在非碘盐和不合格碘盐,今后应重点加强县级盐业市场监管,提高碘盐质量,继续巩固我省碘缺乏病防治成果。
        Objective: To analyze the monitoring date of iodized salt in Guizhou province 2011 to 2015,and understand the quality of iodized salt in households during the 12 th five-year plan period,so as to provide reference basis for continued elimination and control iodine deficiency diseases. Methods: Iodine salt monitoring database form states( cities) of Guizhou Province form 2011 to 2015 were collected,and the coverage rate of iodized salt,the quality of iodized salt,the rate of qualified iodized salt consumption were evaluated.Results: From 2011 to 2015,at the province level,the coverage rate of iodized salt was > 99%,the qualification rate and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt were > 97% form 2011 to 2014,and down to 94% in 2015. At the states( cities) level,the coverage rate of iodized salt was > 96%,the qualification rate and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate kept at higher than 93%. At the county level,the county( city,district) coverage rate of iodized salt that > 95% accounted for 97. 7%( 86/88),100%( 88/88),97. 7%( 86/88),100%( 88/88),98. 9%( 87/88),and the rate of qualified iodized salt consumption that > 90% accounted for97. 7%( 86/88),95. 4%( 84/88),97. 7%( 86/88),97. 7%( 86/88),95. 4%( 84/88). Conclusions: The qualification of iodized salt was satisfactory,the coverage rate and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt exceeded the national standard for eliminating in Guizhou province form 2011 to 2015; Non-iodized salt and unqualified iodized salt are still present in individual counties,In future,the monitoring should be continued to strengthen prevention and control work,improve the quality of iodized salt at the county level,and continue to consolidate the results of the prevention and control of iodine deficiency diseases in Guizhou province.
