摘要
目前,教育部首批现代学徒制试点项目已经进入总结验收阶段。基于南京信息职业技术学院现代学徒制人才联合培养项目的实施过程,阐述社会传统认知束缚现代学徒制的实施、企业参与热情不高制约现代学徒制的推进、学徒就业模式不能满足人才持续发展的需求、学校教学管理不能适应现代学徒制的要求等四个方面的问题,并就这些问题提出相应的对策建议。
At present, the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot projects which were authorized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China has entered the stage of final acceptance. Based on the process of modern apprenticeship implementation of Nanjing College of Information Technology, four issues, which cover the implementation of modern apprenticeship shackled by the social traditional cognition, the advancement of the modern apprenticeship restricted by the low participation enthusiasm of enterprises, the employment model not fit to the demand of apprentice's sustainable development, and the school teaching management not suited to the requirements of modern apprenticeship, were elaborated. Additionally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for these issues.
